Sounds dead. If there are no lights, its usually dead. Since it was working and just didn't work the next time when you tried it, double check the motor and batt connections- have seen a few like yours that were either bad motor connections (poor solder on the bullets) or batt connections.

Otherwise, its time to contact Castle.

Try to bypass the switch, if that doesn't work send it in for warranty. Same thing happened to my sidewinder. Castle covered it no problem and had a new esc out for me the day they recieved it. They even covered the international shipping.
