Tekin R1 Pro with 1/8 4S lipo?

hello, I have a tekin R1 pro esc, and I would like to use it on my 1/8 buggy with the 1/8 mamba 2650kv motor. Do i need to do anything with my esc in order to run 1/8 motor and 4s lipo like changing the capacitor?
