Hello,
I have ordered Infinite H2221-4240 Brushless motor from OKHOBBY.
The motor did never run, it only tickles but not turns.
I have captured a video about that.

I have emailed to customer service. Waiting for the response from OKHOBBY.

Wouldn't it be great if everyone in the hobby had this attitude. Instead of helping each other out we should tell people what they bought is crap.
To the original poster....what is your setup? Car, heli, plane? Gearing? ESC? Give us an idea so we can help you. Most often these types of problems are user error and can be corrected. Poor connections would be my first guess without other factors to go on. Also, when did you buy the motor, when did you try to contact the company, and how long have they had to respond.

Most world brands are made in china mate. They make quality when they want.
Hello dear,
I am planning to use thie motor on a heli (Honey Bee King 2) with 12t motor pinion. I am using sky-wing 60a brushless esc.
I did solve the issue. You are right burnineyes, that s absolutely connection problem. if you see the video I used alligator clips for a short circuit test. When I measured the rezistance of alligators I realized that they are different from eachother, so I guess that it reduces PWM signal strenght.
I dont have 4mm bullet connectors which motor has 4mm male mounted on. Thats why I used alligator clips. Now I soldered 3,5mm connectors and it worked great. It is rollin'. Powerfull motor.
Here is the history with the company...
-I have mailed to company from their websites complimant program. (2010-05-19)
-I have send the video and opened paypal dispute (2010-05-20)
+They replied within a few hours. (asked about esc)
-I answered
-I have mailed over paypals dispute concole if they will answer me(5-26-2010)
-I have again mailed to them via their complimant program from their website if they will answer me. (2010-05-27)
-I wrote at several forums about this issue. (2010-05-29)
+They instantly emailed me.(2010-05-29)
thats all.
If you need I can send conversation history too.
Anyway, thanks for your response.
I will measure motors power with my wattmeter tomorrow.
Regards.
