Default Motor description help

I am just confused on what would be a faster motor?
8.5
10.5
13.5
17.5

I am thinking the 17.5 would be? Does it mean turns per sec? or am I way off? thanks..

you're way off... those numbers refer to the number of turns of wire per pole, which there are 3. For example an 8.5 has wire wraped around each pole 8.5 times. Long story short the lower the number the faster the motor.
