Default FUTABA S9351 HELP

I broke all 4 of the ears on my S9351 and I dont realy want to buy the set with heat sink for $45. Can I buy this http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...9252-9253-9254 and just use the upper case????

I posted in tehj other also, but wanted all to see it - since I started using servo clamps, I have not broken another servo ear -3rd item down -
