My friends want to get into Short Course racing with me but they both want to know if they can mod a xbox controller for and RC car. I Would love to here from Anyone that can think of a way to make it work....

Given time and money, anything is poss. Practical - I doubt it.

Ya they are a bunch of gammers and one of them has no coordination to use a pistol grip. its actually funny watching him try to go full speed and keep it together

lol i can't see how you can have the coordination to use an xbox controller..but not enough for a r/c pistol grip?

Saw a guy on youtube driving his slash with a wii remote. I thought that was pretty cool.

thanks for the info.... i will try to convince them that will be the easiest way. i tried already but they were both convinced they wanted to do it that way....

Unless they have electrical engineering degrees, I think they will just follow your idea better.
