Default Need help with castle esc

Hey everyone, I am new to the site.. I have a Traxxas slash. I just bought the castle sidewinder 4600 brushless system. I have the factory radio that came with the slash and I cant seem to get the esc to program with it. Everything has power, all wiring is correct. I have no clue what I am doing wrong. TIA

Try following Castle's instructions - starts on pg 2 -

http://www.castlecreations.com/suppo...s_ed_guide.pdf

There is more detail farther into the manual. Make sure you have plugged into the rcvr the right way.

my bad...I had to edit the post because I didn't read it properly. Like duster said follow the CC instructions. Squeeze full throttle turn on power to esc after beeps go full brake/reverse beeps again then let go to neutral. beeps again and I think the light should turn yellow when synched. Make sure your radio trim settings are at zero.

One thing I found was that I had to set the throttle to 50/50 not 70/30 to get it to recognize neutral when I was calibrating it. Hope this helps
