Hey guys just gone over about a ton of thread regarding this, but still haven't found the answer i've been looking for .
Okay i'm going to mainly be running 17.5 and 13.5 this summer in a touring car,
what is the recommend the c rating. I 've heard that a 50c is an over kill and really needed as the the motor won't use that type of power. or am I wrong.
some please shead some light. Finaicail officer(aka the wife) to purchase so new batteries for this summer lol
thanks

I would stick to 30C - 35C these days. New stuff keeps coming out and while you don't NEED 30C/35C....your next motor/ESC might benefit from it and it won't hurt your current one....so plan ahead ;-)

My $.02.........I can see the difference on the track between a 20-25C and a 40C. One guy has a 50C but he doesn't run my classes so I can say on that. For a while I was in the "motor doesn't use that much current anyway" camp. But after running higher C packs they do make a difference in stock classes.
