I want to get a charger just for my RX packs to top them off between heats. I came across this on eBay.

Seems simple enough. Looks like you just hook it up to your PS and hook up your battery. My rx packs are 350mah 2s packs, so they are only good for .35 amps. This one specifies that it charges at 1 amp and balances at .2. Now the .2 is good, but 1 amp is not. I don't see any buttons or switches for control so I am going to assume that it just charges at 1am then when it senses the pack is topping off, it starts to balance at .2. Is that right? If it is, that won't work for me. Anyone have any experiences with it?

I am looking for an AC charger, but DC is fine. Something that will just charge 2s packs at .35 amps or less and it doesn't have to balance, but that would be a plus.
