Default MX-3X!!!

What the heck is Airtronics doing? It seems like they release a new radio every 6 months... They really need to release these things slowly since they'll end up competing against themselves...

Oh well, it's a GORGEOUS radio though...

They have done a good job of catching up and surpassing most radio companies in a short time. They were behind the curve for a couple years but with new management in Japan have really turned a corner.Any one notice they have had 15+ new servos come out in last 2 months! Also 2-3 new air receivers.

I just got this radio in myself recently.
The build quality is much much better than the Futaba 3PM, and at least with Sanwa receivers, I know they won't crap out on me like Futaba's FAAST.

I just got myself one of these radios aswell..

Quite nice it is.
Feels really solid, not too heavy (although the weight doesn't really bother me much, I prefer the comfort over weight).
Not as comfortable as I thought it would be (personal taste) but it certainly is a nice radio.

They also come with a proper manual, over a sheet of paper I have read they used to come with.

The manual that came with my radio, was a stack of photocopied paper, with 3 staples binding all the papers.

Is yours the same?

I've found that wrapping the grip on the MX-3 controller help make it very comfortable.

Yup mine is the same.

Would have been nice if it was an actual book but I suppose it is better than just a single piece of paper.

Yikes! Is this for the U.S market?

This doesn't seem right, especially since the MX-Sport has a proper manual.

abs is not necessary or even needed in drfting. abs is just 1 feature that the MX-3x does not have but the 3pm-x has, just something to take note since 1 of the question is which has more feature.

I love this radio. It is super light with 2S lipo. It is even lighter than DX3R.(now that's light)The radio is comfortable and has all the features for racing. I sold my M11 FHSS-2 to get this radio, because I wanted something lighter with better balance. Also, the M11 had waaaay to many features for me. I highly recommend this radio.
