If you're not draining the 2400 to the lvc, it should take even less time, maybe 45min.
The only way a lipo should take this kind of time is that the cells are badly out of balance - that can increase charge time significantly, but I doubt that give we're talking about a Reedy lipo.
You need to check how you have charger setup, somethings not right.

I notice the charger is 0.0A after like 45 min but always takes 120min to get it finish ... i have 3 reedy li-po for my mini and every batteries takes 120 min when balance charge...

Those settings look fine.
If its showing 0.0amps after 45min or so, the charger is finished. I bet charger is timing out (safety time) and for some reason is not properly terminating the charge.
Charger is not working quite right - it should be stopping at 0.0amps assuming the cells are in balance which I expect they are. If this is a new charger, I'd call Venom and ask them whats going on.
Reset your safety time (I think thats what Venom calls it) to 1hr or maybe 50min. Then at least charge will 'end' earlier although the charger is not properly terminating the charge like it should.

ya ... this is a new charger i bought. I'll email venom and asking this
