Woahh, steady on there young fulla, what OS are running and make sure you check your com port settings. The software is not Win7 64bit compatible.

no i am on vista.... and i am not a computer expert so if i have to change settings i will just sell this thing and get a castle or tekin...
i cant get it to read the controller...

this is a very frustrating experience so far, especially when you call kopropo and they tell you they can have someone call you on monday if that will help.

Not sure if it works with vista, but make sure the comm port on the software is the same as the comm port on the usb connector, then it will read. Comm port settings are under the device menu.

Do you need a screen cap??

i have to go the net and click on the downloads to even open the programming screen.
once on the programing screen if i try to select a com port only of the selections(number 3 i think) says its good. but i cant get the damn thing to communicate.

Well why did you buy it. Did you download the usb drivers in the support area? I have vista on my laptop and it has no issues.

Sorry I was out at the Snowbirds race helping "others" at one of the largest electric races in the world for almost one week.

You were told that I would be back on Monday (race finished on Sunday in Florida & I flew back on Sunday night to LAX), so sorry you couldn't wait over the weekend.

The "smart ass comment" you are referring to would be your own. You stated no one was there at our office, but yet someone told you that I wouldn't return until Monday. How is that possible? Just want to get the facts straight.

Daniel- Sent two emails yesterday. First one was the driver, second one was to tell you that I sent it and to check your spam/junk folder. If you checked those folders and still don't have it, please let me know and we'll have to come up with a different solution.
