Default servo / spektrum help

hey guys i have bought a brand new servo it's a turnigy 9150mg. I plug it into my spektrum sr3000 receiver and it which is getting it's power throught the tekin rx8 esc. If i leave it sit there not trying to steer it seems okay but if i turn left to right quickly some how the signal is lost between radio and receiver then a few secs later it comes back. any ideas anyone? this is only with the servo sitting there with nothing connected to it so i don't think it is drawing to much power from the receiver and making it shut down any ideas would be great

Can you plug a different servo into the slot where the turnigy servo was in? See if the problem still happens. if not, I'd say you got a bad servo.

I just had the same problem yesterday with my set up. I figured it was my hitec 5995 servo that went bad. I put a older slower hitec servo in and it was fine. I guess I will have to try the 5995 in another car and see if it really is bad or if there is a problem of power draw.
