Associated sc10 ESC question

I have a XP digital SC200 esc and I would like to get info on how many turn motor can it safely run? whats turn motor is best for it?

im not at home right now where the paperwork for the ESC is, but I belive it is a 15t limit on it. You could always go to RC10.com and check the specs there.
