I would remove mine also. The main thing is my lipo is 3000 mah and can go 3 weeks between charges so removing it every time is putting some stress on the plug. I figured if there is any discharge at all it's barely noticeable so there probably isn't any harm in leaving it plug in, especially being I use it weekly.

Since you been using weekly there's no need to remove the connection. However for my case if I have assignment. I won't be touching the Tx for 6mths. I might as well have the batt disconnected.

I too would remove my lipo in that situation.

I agree with you too.... it's case to case basis.
