I just converted my losi 8ight 2.0 buggy to electric and bought 2 batteries. I'm using the RCPD kit and the battery tray is 170mm x 48.5mm. One of the batts was a turnigy 4s 5000mah 30c and the other was a 4s hyperion 5000mah 25c . After waiting for 2 weeks I got the turnigy and it didn't fit! It's too wide!!! So I had to pay $15 to send it back and now looking on hobby city's website I don't see any other batts that will fit. I did see a couple that were right around 48mm wide. But then I read the reviews and see that the measurements aren't very correct. So now I want to stay away from hobbycity for now and see what I can get locally. I'm thinking of just getting another hyperion and making it easy on myself. According to the specs on the hyperion it's 42.4mm wide, which fits perfect in my battery tray.

So any help would be great while you guys are out looking at batts.

there is nothing wrong with hobby city packs i agree there measurements are off but there c ratings are very close.
