Default Brushless Motor help

Hey guys I want to know how you can tell when a brushless motor is shot or is done for. I have a 13.5t Trinity/Phantom motor that screams or is loud when I turn the rotor by hand. Also it spins pretty easy with no resistance. Also 1 wind is loose inside the motor can that I can see. All bearings are good, Parts were cleaned. Motor works, but its not smooth or feels like my Trinity Pulse Motor I just got.

If you can see a loose winding, turn it in. I'm sure they will either fix it or replace it for you
