Default Mamba Monster Calibration Problem

I just hooked up my Mamba Monster 2200kv system today and I can't seem to calibrate or get any response on throtle or brake. I have a specktrum dx3 and had no problem with mamba max. Battery Lipo 4S 5000mah 20C. Any suggestions?
