Default Spektrum SR3300T and Input Voltage & Range

I have a couple questions regarding the Spektrum SR3300T DSM receiver:
  • If the operating voltage range is 3.2-9.6V (per Spektrum site), does Spektrum offer servos that will operate up to 9.6V? I didn't find any on Spektrum site, so I presume they do not. For some applications I use 2s LiPo batteries, so being able to monitor actual LiPo battery voltage would be nice.
  • What is the maximum range for Spektrum's telemetry? I know it's being advertized for 100-200 feet, however was some able to use it beyond 200 feet?
Thank you,

Vas
