If the receiver antenna becomes loose does that mean it needs to be replaced? Or can i put some ca glue on it so its not loose

You need to determine if it is loose where it connects to the circuit board that is inside the receiver case. If so, a small bit of solder will fix. If the board broke and the wire is loose, the receiver would need to be repaired by Horizon.

I removed the case. Im not sure what you mean though. I can move the antenna up and down but it wont come off. So its still on there
