Default DX3S Antenna replacement

My 2 year old got ahold of my radio, and pulled the antenna out. Can I replace this myself? Is there anywhere that shows where I would need to solder the end in the raido?

Is this the correct antenna? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

I don't think it needs to be soldered, generally Spektrums use a little connector. Is the gold end connector still intact on the wire? I don't know where it goes, but I would think one could find the connector on the board fairly close to where the antenna enters. I know on a DX3.0 it wasn't too hard to find.

I don't have the antenna anymore, my son pulled it out, and my wife threw it away. I'm gonna order that antenna and hopefully figure it out

I got it fixed, I just took the one out of my dx2 and used it, ordered a new one for the dx2. I had to pull the board out with the screen on it, the gold connector was still there, my son pulled the wire off of it.

Good to hear. Please provide an update after you get the replacement part and try it out.
