Default Lipo balance adapter?

Hey Guys, I bought a Core-RC 5000mah 2S lipo and went to discharge it on my Electrifly Equinox balancer and the balance plug don't fit! I find out now that the lipo has a JST-EHR connector and the Discharger has a JST-XH connector. Where can I get an adaptor to balance this batt? I would really like to get something that is in the US. Can somebody help me out? I'm new to the electric scene and would appreciate the help. Thanks in advance, Curt.

I bought the same batteries and I have the same balancer, the only place I could find the patch cord was Hobby King (Singapore). They are pretty cheap and it was quick in regular mail.

Mine were Male JST-XH <-> Female Kokam 2S

I don't know how close the Equinox and the Hyperion LBA10 (these 2 balancers are supposed to be the same execept for teh high power buysiness with the Equinox) are in wiring, but the LBA10 has adapters to use Kokam balance leads. Great Planes doesn't offer a Kokam adapter.

Yeah, I don't know either Duster? I think I'm gonna go check Hobby King as mentioned by Tombsy above. Being that he has the same lipo as I do. May be easier for me? Not to "educated" on this electric stuff yet. Plus I don't know the differences between say a Kokam and what not balance leads. I need to find a thread with some explanations of all the different leads and connectors. It's all confusing to me at this point. Thanks for your help as well! Much appreciated.

Currently there are 4 balance conns in popular use - JST-XH (also known as Align style), JST-XE (Kokam, some refer to this as the EH type), Polyquest/Hyperion or HP connector, and the ThunderPower or TP type connector.

The leads from LBa6 will plug right into the equinox. This useful thread I found. Hope it is allowed. http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_91...tm.htm#9108127

The Equinox and LBA-6 use identical leads, the LBA-10 are different.

My bad, thought you were referring to the balancer, thats the connector itself. Thanks for clearing that up.

Now I see that there is (was) a balancer called the LBA6. My Hyp dealer only shows LBA10, sorry 'bout any confusion....
