I have it, I liked it, I broke it :lol:.. now what


I put reverse voltage into it on accident now what do I do, how much does it cost to fix, is it even fixable?

Contact LRP, though I hear thier customer service sucks, they can fix it but not for free unless it's under warranty and you don't tell them what you did:sneaky: even though they'll prolby find out anyway when they open it.

I called them and they said it will cost from $30 to $130 and yes their customer service sucks, badly:rolleyes:

nothing is physically wrong it looks brand new, but something got messed up in the inside ;)

LRP service is a bit slow, but I've had good luck with them. I did the exact thing as you (reversed polarity hookup) and they replaced a Sphere with a new SXX. The fee was just over a $100 and took about a month. If I were you, I'd be very honest and tell them exactly what happened.
