Default 17.5s that can do 0 degrees of timing

So it seems like a lot of motors have an un known amount of base timing. And it also looks like some newer motors, like the duo 2, can be set to 0 timing. I would like a 17.5 roar motor that can bet set to 0 degrees of timing with out a doubt. Can that duo 2 do that?
