u can get more rpm with this setup. its true, but dont fool around with brushless motors timing,its too sensitive. its located at the motors wire end(if its with adjustable timing end cap, normally unscrew that cap and rotate the whole cap accordingly). advance it too much, and the rotor will deteriorate faster, in some cases melt or even break.
if u need to more top speed, adjust from your esc, fine tune epa on transmitter or increase 1t pinion size.
if u want more torque, decrease pinion size.
