Default JST connector cable

Is it possible to charge a Spektrum DX3R transmitter with a JST connector plug supplied from a GT Power V5 charger. I'm using 4x AA's rechargeable batteries. The battery brand is VARTA and 2100mAh capacity.

I'm asking because my AA charger doesn't work anymore and I don't want to try it and kill my radio.

cheers,

Chris

If I understand your question, this was the way I'd charge my 8 cell AA NiMH Tx pacs - using the pac connector and my charger with an adapter to fit the pac connector. Worked fine, just keep charge rate at 1amp or below.
