Binding Airtronics DSSS Module to Spektrum Receiver?

According to this post Spektrum and Airtronics both use the DSSS method of 2.4ghz. Is it possible to bind my M11 with the Airtronics DSSS module to a Spektrum receiver?

nope each company has propritory technology meaning they do not work with each other.
