well to start off i have been out of the rc game since 2003 a buddy of mine somehow inadvertantly talked me into going and getting a short course truck (actually it didnt take much coaxing anyway lol) so i went out and bought a assosciated sc10 lipo batterys and a good charger well i burnt up the stock speed control in 20 min so i went out and bought a castle sidewinder 5700 setup for the sc10 it works fine for what im doing with it so im set there but today at the track a old friend walks up with a minty losi xxx t cr with only 5 runs on the kit it also had a futaba bls451 brushless servo all ready in it he was in a little pinch for money and and cut me a deal i couldent turn down well to make this long story even longer i got the truck got it home and started ordering parts got a airtronics m11 radio a few more lipo packs and another charger well now im down to the point of buying another brushless setup ive been eyeballing the tekin rs pro and the lrp sxx spedo so i need some opinions on those and also who makes a good 13.5 motor need some direction on that as well any opinon is appreaciated

Tekin RS Pro is probably one the best ESC out atm. Feature wise its packed. Price wise it sucks LOL Expensive as hell.
LRP SSX i have not heard anyting bad from it, Goes what it suppose to with nice punch but the Tekin has more features i think.
The other ESC that does everything would be a Speed Passion GT 1.0 and 1.1 alot cheaper but has motor limits unlike the RS Pro(No limit to almost anything besides Lipos and Voltage i think).

Motor wise i am lost too -_-
I been eyeing LRP X12, Hacker E40, Speed Passion 2.0, Corally Pro, Trinity Duo

yea im leaning more towards the tekin due to the no motor limit as ill prolly put a mod in it eventually but the price doesent bother me too bad i knew how expensive it was gonn get the moment i got in the truck to go to the hobby shop in search of my sc10
