Spektrum DX3.0 glitching..
brand spanking new to 2.4 ghz.. and im not impressed.
i bought a DX3.0 in the local classifieds. the owner showed me how to bind, and ive been using the radio for a good 2 weeks.
the last couple of runs, ive had major glitching problems. at first i thought it was the throttle servo.. so i changed it with another spare. now today while under throttle, on its own it will instantly brake, and glitch the steering servo.
so im convinced its the radio.
the battery wires (5 hump 1600mah) and servo wires are insulated and not making contact, and the full antenna wire is above the power wires, and isolated. any idea's whats going on? i tried the 2nd SR3000 receiver with the same results.

another thing ive been thinking.
as the truck sits on the stand. and turning the steering, and throttle and brake... everything works fine.
once i start the nitro engine, is when things go crazy.
so im assuming it has to do with interference from the engine.
i don't know if its common to add a lead from the neg. battery lead, to chassis ground.. but it might be worth a try.
engine off.. no problems.

Mine does the same thing. Except, when the motor is running it's fine until i get it out to about 200ft. Then my throttle servo goes nuts! It never used to do this, so i switched batt packs and still the same thing. I've completely lost all range also. 250ft at the most! I tried switching recievers also and nothing. So i'm thinking it's the radio also.
