nosram matrix brushless esc

wher can i send in for warranty..? local distributor was taking too long time for my friend's unit... 10 months n no news till now... mine has been lying around for more than a year... local warranty service has never been good, so i'm planning to send it in my POS directly... any idea..?

i'm from malaysia btw...
