Default Spektrum question

hey guys, i got a new dx2.0 and ive never had an aftermarket radio system before. i was wondering if i have to set it to a certain frequency or channel or something so that it does not interfere with other racers. or does it only interact with my receiver once it has been binded?

Your receiver will ONLY interact with your transmitter once binded. That's the major point in the DX's and most of the higher end radios; they have the 2.4 technology that makes your setup 'crystal-less' and hassle free when it comes to frequencies.

Right, once the TX & RX are bound, they will only look for each other when turned on, & they won't operate until they find each other, & it's all automatic, so you just turn it on, wait for the green(or orange) light & go have fun....
