Default Servo question

Ive been out of this hobby for a while but just bought a D8, SC10 and a 3PM for them. Im going to use HI Tech Servo for the SC 10 . I see that the plug on the servo doesnt fit the reciever. Im going to get the right plug but I was wondering if the wires will stay in the same slots or do I need to move them around for the Futaba? Its been a while and Ive forgotten which radio needed to have the wires switched....

Ive been looking at servos for my buggy and noticed the Tower sells there own brand. I was wondering if they would work? Im on a bit of a budget and the servos are all I need to get the buggy up and running

Any help would be great!

Thank you...

Typically its "black to the outside" on servo wires, but the manual will state the information as well. I think that the Futuba reciever should be able to take a Hitec plug, but Im not sure on the age of the servo/plug arrangment.
Id take a look at the Orion servos, great quality...so you'll have them for a while.
