I got my hyperion 3s battery pack, and it has a balancer plug, but its only seems to fit in the electric fly 4s lipo balance jack ... and the charger wont recognize it..... whats going on here?

They are not the same balance tap - even if they fit, they are not wired the same - electrifly is a JST or Align style tap while the hyperion uses a hyperion style tap.
