Default Novak power cap question?

I am looking to install a Novak power cap on my LRP A.I. pro esc, I was just wondering since there are no tabs that are exposed, can I just solder it in on the red and black battery cables on the esc. Any help would be great.

Yes, that will work, just make sure you connect it + to + and neg to neg. Supposedly the closer to the board the better.

I've done it on EVX esc and a Mamba (running 4S) and all I noticed is both escs run cooler - 10-15F, which was a help. I couldn't tell any diff in the way either truck run with cap installed.

This is more to control ripple current and servo voltage spikes than enhance performance.
