no it says "Never charge the lipo battery over 1.5A current IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PROFESSIONAL LIPO BALANCE CHARGER!

Update...Both of the EC power lipos have puffed and are now gone. They were very cheap but only lasted aprox 6 months .The yeah racing lipos are as strong as the day I bought them. I will be sticking with them for now:nod: Later , fat:tire:
