Default HorizonHobby Support

Hi, I have an Xcelorin 1/8 ESC to send for repair because it's out !!!
I have send an email to HorizonHobby at this address:
[email protected]
and never had any answer...Can you tell me if you have an answer when you said them you have an ESC out, under warranty ?
What's happen ?
I have already send them a email last month to indicate a little "bug" with the Losi Software, but I never had any answer....
Thanks

I've never had an answer by emailing them. I suggest calling them and then leaving a callback number. They got back to me on the same day.

Hi, I can't call them because I'm French, and it's written on many places, "for US resident only !!!! Then....
There are many errors with the Losi Software, they said in the manual : you can adjust motor timing but "low" and "very high" don't exist in the options !!! I have already send them emails about those issues, and never had any answer too...

I think I understand now, if you are not american and have a problem with Losi Electronics, it's fit for the dustbin !!!!
Thank you very much HorizonHobby!!!
I don't understand why whe can't talk to Losi devellopers or manufacturers, but with a distributor ! I have never seen that.

Thank you very much Dave H, I didn't see that, but as you can see to this link, if you choose France, the French distributor of Horizon Hobby doesn't have the Losi products !
I'm French but I have order it at A Main Hobbies ! All the RC parts I have, are from USA.

I would suggest contacting HorizonUK or Horizon Germany.

Horizon Germany- http://horizonhobby.de/
Horizon UK- http://www.horizonhobby.co.uk/

Ok, that's right I have got a positive answer from HorizonHobby US, and I will send them for repair. That's cool ! This doesn't indicate me, why this Xcelorin has failed ?
