Default specktrum dx3r problems

Help please guys

tonight I was fooling around with my dx3r and I was tring to reset it, so i thought I was doing everything right and after I finished and tried it on my car....I give the car gas it goes slow and once I release it to neutral it goes to fulll brake, any help will be much appreiated, I would like to know if the radio can be reset completely

Did you do the calibration part? Try resetting the speed control?

Tried both of these steps more than once... same results
