Default LiPo Question

Hi, I heard it is unnecessary to discharge LiPo batteries, just wondering if this is true as Im new to LiPo. Thanks.

It's true, there is no need to discharge a lipo. Only time mine get discharged is when I need to store them and I need to reduce voltage to a storage level, but even that is not teh kind of discharging you're referring to with NiMH.
