KO Sanwa compatibility

hey guys heard that i can use a ko receiver with my airtronics fm radio assuming you use same frequency etc.
so is it true?

Did some Googling and apparently KO, Airtronics (Sanwa) and JR are all positive shift, so any of those brands are interchangeable...
