Default Capacitor wire length.

I'm installing a Novak GTX in my mini. It appears that to install it the way I want, I will need to extend the length of the wires to the capacitor.

Any thoughts as to whether or not changing the length of these wires will have any effect, positive or negative? (ha!)

Wire won't make a huge difference, unless you're uber competitive and never hit a board.

If I stopped hitting the boards, Tamiya's parts dept. would go out of business.

Thanks for the answer. It's pretty much what I expected.
