noticed the asian compny "yeah racing" has a pretty cheap brushless esc for $45 and includes a fan and one touch setup with multi brake and punch settings
is it quality? a decent budget race quality esc?

oh i see. this lipo this is still a little scary to me. do they really explode like every other day?
aactually i'm trying to get back into club level racing on a casual level. i'm really just trying to do it ona budget.
what about 35 amp? not quite race worthy eh? will i just be blown away by other drivers with only a 9 turn brushless limit? for $45 it's heatsink/fan with small and has a very user friendly and simple programming card. it looks neat
is there any atvantage at all for using 7 8 9 turn blrushless motors? would they offer more punch than the 345 turns ?

I can guarantee you that if you look after and follow the rules etc.. your lipo will never explode.Depends what class you race in to what motor your allowed, And the lower the turns the faster it is

With a different motors they need different gear ratios and in the end they will get the same amount of torque with more RPM
My recommendation is to get the 5.5 hobbywing with the 60 amp esc combo (Will be pretty cheap) and a nice lipo should more than enough
