I just bought a used spektrum dx3 with 3000 receiver. Setup was easy and works fine except when the radio is close to the receiver it twitches. Only the throttle servo a small amount back and fourth. When I am running outside there seems to be no problem. The antennas need to be about 3ft or closer to do it. Is this normal due to the antennas being too close?? Very annoying when trying to tune.

I have sent mine back twice for the same problem and it still does it, I just got too where I did not even care anymore and ran it.
I now have another brand and it does not do this with the 2.4.

That's a common thing with them all mine will do it. I really don't mind it though.

I have that problem with one of my receivers, the 6 others don't do it at all. I've just learned to live with it since it's only a problem when I'm on the bench. Maximum range seems unaffected.
