just recently my tekin speed controller on and off switch stop working
and i replaced it and it didn't work i when i put the positive wire of the switch to the positive side of the battery it turned on. now i am wondering if it is safe to do that?

Some of Mamba controllers have this prob as well and many just solder the wires together and eliminate the switch altogether. Plugging the batt in turns it on and unplugging batt turns it off. Takes a little getting used to but it works.

I see no prob with connecting the wires to bypass the switch.

Check your wires to make sure there is no breaks from the switch to the speedo. If thats good then try to open the speedo and check the wires coming off of the board for the switch.

i just connected the hot wire to the batt plug i give up on trying to find the problem if anything i'll buy a new contoller there cheap thanks for ur help guys
