electronic problems

ever since i went to novak hv maxx brushless system my rc car. i still have the stock traxxas receiver and controller setup. when i run the car around it seems to take off on its own at low speeds. i can still control it with the breaks. but i was wondering what i can do to fix this from happening.

Try turning down the throttle trim on your tx.

There are lots of the Novak HV's running in TRX rcs. You have some kind of problem. Ck the antenna wire - look for a nick or slice of some kind. Make sure antenna wire does not touch chassis. I 've seen some advice to braid the motor wires to reduce any field.

Obvious - tx/rx batts are fully charged?

Email Novak - ck their site, one of their guys is bound to post here - I know they do on RCCA and RCM.

i'll try doing that if it don't work i'll go complain to novak see whats going on. wish things just worked right from right out of the box bc its a blast to drive.
