Default Problems with controler

Can someone explain whats going on?When I turn the controler on the servos react (but dont center) but when I try to do anything else it wont do anything. No throtle, no steering, nadda.Please help.Thanks again

ok tell us what gear you are using.

at first guess, you may have the wire from the ESC to the receiver plugged in in reverse. that can cause all kinds of wierdness.

list the gear, and lets troubleshoot from there.

Also how is the batteries in both the radio and the car?

GREAT!!! Thank you!Here is what I have:Truck is Blackfoot. The same battery that runs the car runs the receiver & servos.Controler is Challenger 2PXReceiver is a Futaba FP-R102jeServos are Futaba FP5148The chips match in frequencies.Thank you so much for your help. Its good to be back in this hobbie. I have MANY other cars I need to get working on.I posted in the Nitro off road for help identifying my gas car and for 3 days now no one has responded. Does anyone know how to Identify one?J
