Default How to control LEDs with controller?

I have a Tamiya TT-01 with an Airtronics 3 channel radio system. I want to be able to use the channel 3 to turn the LED system on and off with the controller. Does anybody know how this would be done. I am sure it's pretty simple, I'm just not very comfortable with electronics. I can solder and wire stuff if needed. Also, what kind of an LED system do I need to buy? I was thinking of getting this one...

but how would I rewire that system to be controlled by the third channel on the receiver?

I searched and didn't find anything, so sorry if this has been covered before.

Hey Jeckler, cool info, thanks. Always wondered if there was an easy way to do that. My son wants a horn!

A horn would be cool. There's lots of possibilities... oil slick, fog machine, spear thrower, etc.

There's a larger version of the switch called a battle switch. It can handle more current, and has both a NO and NC output.
