I started off with a Novak Dually ESC, Midnight 2 motor, and an AM Futaba radio. Horrid glitching at any distance, switched out the motor for a Team Checkpoint 19 turn Money Motor, ran perfect. Well then the speed control's amp knob broke, and was stuck in a low position. Took my brothers old Teken speed control, broke after 10 runs. Holding the throttle down, it would glitch so hard the car would barely move. So I went out for my 3rd ESC which is a Novak XRS, ran great for about 5 runs. Now agian, horrid glitching, I can rarely get up to full speed cause the throttle keep clicking out. The tires spit around sparactically while this is going on, so the car goes out of control.
Brand new Futaba Radio that my brother had, fancy screen on the controller and what not, still not fixed.
Brand new 4600 SMC Matched cell batteries.
All connections are soldered by my electrician brother.
When you get an entire new electronics system and it still glitches, what on earth does this mean?

Does the motor have factory installed capacitors? If not install some (someone can explain how...basically 1 from + to ground, 1 - to ground & 1 from + to -). Try twisting your motor wires and even all wires to the Rx. Try to mount your Rx as far from your motor as you can. Are you running near power lines? That's all I can think of right now. Hope that helps at least a little.

I thought twisting wires is what created interference, but yea just for neatness they are already twisted. I'll try twisting the wires at the ends where I soldered them. According to my friend, having a Graphite Chassis can actually cause some of this. Some thing about the battery's charge going through the chassis, and I should lay down some electrical tape in the battery tray. I'm going to try that one out.
And yes, every thing is brand new from my original glitching set up EXCEPT my servo.

other than the servo
glitching can come from many things ~
bad servo
bad receiver
motor (no capacitors, bad brushes causing arching, worn out or dirty motor)
a wire loom that is twisted up in knots
wires from ESC to motor crossing wires to another item like the receiver
ANY wire from anything crossing the antenna wire
antenna wire crossed over itself
arching from carbon fiber chassis (cured by putting doublelayer of servo tape under radio, esc, servo)
and motor wires should have at least one twist in them (can't remember the exact wording, buy something to do with eliminating some weird frequncy causing glitch)

I lined the battery tray with electrical tape, this nearly eliminated the glitching. There's is still some very slight glitching, every minute or two, this is most likely from some of the smaller things you suggested that I could fix up. I really appreciate your guy's help.
