by using the wheel and the yellow buttons the settings can be programmed one by one.
depress the wheel to get into the menu, then use the arrows/ wheel to move around the menu, and the wheel button (depressing the wheel controller, i mean) to set values. Is that what you needed?
The controls are intuitive, make sure you select the correct cell count, and mAh of the cells being charged.
should be no problems.

ok here is a safe basic set up for the ice

5amp charge rate
46'c temp cut off thats bout it
i used the time lockout feature but be careful not to use the lock out when re peaking as it wont sense the peak and can over charge batteries. other wise that can be a handy feature.
