what is that "phone line" connector for? i baught my p/s used and it did not have it.... do i need it? what does it do?????

umm i think there needs to be some more clarification as to what power supply you have or which one your talking about that has a "phone line connector"

GSPOT -
The little phone connector is to boost the voltage of your power supply. Check out rivergate's website and there is a little more information about it. Your power supply puts out - like say for instance 13.6 and that plug boosts it to 14.2 to 14.3, somewhere right in there, I can't remember exactly. Hope this helps.
