Opti-Drive + Fail Safe Problem

Opti-Drive + Fail Safe Problem
I have a Revo 3.3 and I'm using a Futaba 3 PM 2.4 Fast Radio system. I can't get power to the throttle Servo or reverse the Servo when using the opti-drive. Can it be done with opti-drive or does it need to be taken out? Also, I'm not sure if one fail safe is cancelling the other fail safe out.
